Applications: Exhaust manifolds, Flanges on turbo & manifold, Metal clad oil seals, Oxygen sensor safe
This Threebond RTV Silicone Liquid Gasket is High Temp and Pressure resistant silicone for all difficult and prblem sealing areas

Clean flange surfaces with Threebond Super Cleaner (6602T-480) and wipe clean with methylated spirits. Ensure a dry, oil free surface
Apply a 3mm bead to one surface and around bolt holes and areas of the sealing surface
Assemble flanges as silicone starts to become tack approx 5-7minutes,Tighten to specific torque
Allow 24 hours for full cure prior to testing the sealing capabilities
