Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Locations
- We are based in Melbourne, Australia, and we offer domestic and international shipping.
- Domestic Shipping: We deliver to all regions in Australia, including remote areas, PO Boxes, and parcel lockers.
- International Shipping: We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that some restrictions may apply due to local laws or carrier limitations.
Shipping Times
Domestic Orders:

- Remote Areas: 5-10 business days
International Orders:
- Delivery times vary based on the destination and selected shipping option:
- Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days
- Express International Shipping: 5-14 business days
Note: These delivery estimates may vary due to customs processing or unforeseen carrier delays.
Standard Shipping
- Free standard postage for orders over $99 and shipping address in Australia.
- We get discount rates from the auspost, will charge a calculated shipping rate to all other orders to all countries
- All shipments will have full tracking available.
- If you are overseas address, the postage will be calculated by the system when you checkout.
Express Shipping
- Express Shipping to an Australian address, is also available for Po box. It is the best way to ensure your parcel arrives as quickly as possible.
- Order by 12:30 pm for delivery the next business day to postcodes covered by Australia Post’s Express Post Delivery Network. If your address isn’t covered, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links.
- As a general rule the Express Post Delivery Network only covers the major metropolitan areas in each state. Just to be sure, double-check your postcode’s eligibility on the Australia Post website.
- System will work out the express postage for you.
Delivering your order
- Split Shipments - We may choose to split your shipment if items in your order have different shipping time frames. In-stock items will be shipped right away. Please note that we don’t charge you extra for multiple shipments.
- Pick Up - We don’t offer an option to pick up an order from our Distribution Centre.
- Tracking my order - We'll send you a shipping notification with a tracking number the same evening the item ships. You can use this to follow the progress of your delivery.
If your order is sent out in multiple shipments, you will have multiple tracking numbers. Please note that it may take some time before your tracking link is active, as your parcel will need to be scanned by Australia Post at one of their facilities.
